- Step 1: Complete all information requested on the DNA Test sample envelopes for each tested person.
- Step 2: Locate 2 packets of DNA collection swabs for each tested person. Using 1 swab at a time, open your mouth and rub the swab firmly back and forth and up and down on the inside of your cheek for a full 30 seconds. Place the swab directly into the properly labelled DNA Sample Envelope.
- Step 3: Repeat Step 2 with the remaining swabs; be sure to use all 4.
- Step 4: Repeat Steps 2–3 for each tested person.
- Step 5: Place DNA Sample Envelopes in the Trackable Prepaid Return Mailer, seal them securely, and mail them. If you choose to use the paper form, include it with payment.
